| Content | The past month of May, the commercial courts declared 825 enterprises bankrupt. This in spite of an announcement dispersed by third parties last Monday where mention was made of 672 bankruptcies.
Never before did so many enterprises go bankrupt during a month of May. Compared to the month of May of 2009 (at that moment a record month of May as well), we register an increase of 11,33%.
This way, the total number of bankruptcies of the first five months of this year amounts to 4.298: in comparison to the same period of 2009 an increase of 4,37%, again an absolute record.
